Our Mission

At our office, we utilize the most advanced technology to ensure excellent diagnosis and treatment. We strive to make your orthodontic care pleasant and convenient. Our team regularly attends seminars and conferences devoted to new treatments, new technologies and excellent patient care practices. With patient care as our top priority, this is our commitment to you.

About Your Treatment

Our goal is to give you an A+ smile! We want to help you achieve a beautiful and healthy smile, but we need your cooperation.

We ask that you wear your appliances as instructed and care for them properly. Brush and floss regularly, and be sure to visit your dentist for cleanings and exams during treatment. Most importantly, please attend all your orthodontic appointments. This ensures that there is no delay in your treatment.

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you to speak with the doctor and receive treatment. For the most part, we schedule appointments every 4 to 6 weeks. If you need to be seen more frequently, we will schedule you accordingly.

It is impossible for us to schedule every appointment after school or work hours. Since appointments are typically scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks, most patients miss minimal school or work due to their orthodontic treatments.

We realize you have a busy schedule and will be glad to help you make the most of your time. Sometimes, parents may need to drop off their child for an appointment. This is fine, but please speak with the Scheduling Coordinator before you leave your child.

Your time is valuable. We make every effort to stay on schedule. If you know you’re going to arrive late, please give us a call so we can adjust our schedule.

We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice. This enables us to give your appointment time to another patient who needs to see us. We’d be glad to reschedule you at a more convenient time.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you soon!

Appointments and Flu Symptoms

To keep our patients and staff as healthy as possible, if a team member notices that you are experiencing symptoms of the flu or cold, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment at a later date.

Cold and flu symptoms include: sneezing, runny eyes or nose, and coughing. Thank you for understanding.
